1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the Booleander company website and the ways you can contact us through it. Booleander is the contact for questions about this website at dev@booleander.com.
This is a website-specific policy. It does not describe the data practices of every Booleander application, customer deployment, or third-party service. Consult the notice supplied with the particular product or service you use.
2. Information and how it is used
Browsing the website. Our website does not require an account. Its pages do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The infrastructure delivering the website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security-related logs to serve and protect the site.
Preparing a draft. The optional contact draft builder processes the name, email address, topic, and message you enter in your browser. The draft builder does not upload that content, write it to website storage, or send an email on its own. Your browser or email app may separately offer autofill or save a draft according to your own settings.
Emailing us. When you send an email, we receive the sender information, message, and attachments you choose to send. That information is used to respond to your inquiry, provide requested support, and maintain necessary business correspondence. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Browser storage and cookies
This website stores your light or dark display preference in your browser’s local storage under booleander-theme. It is not a user identifier and the website does not send it to a server.
The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. You can remove the saved theme preference through your browser’s site-data controls. If browser storage is blocked, the website still works, but your display preference may not persist.
4. Service providers and external links
Website hosting and email delivery depend on infrastructure providers. Those providers may process technical or contact information as part of delivering, maintaining, or protecting their services.
Opening an email link transfers your draft to the email application you choose. Sending that message is governed by your email service’s own practices as well as our handling of the correspondence we receive. This website’s images, styles, and scripts are served as part of the website; it does not load third-party fonts or embedded social media.
Any external website you visit has its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to respond to a security issue.
5. Retention and security
The website’s draft builder does not retain submitted messages because it does not submit them. A draft remains visible in the page until you clear it, reload, or leave; your browser may separately preserve a session. A copied or emailed draft remains subject to the storage settings of the apps you use.
Contact correspondence is retained as needed to address the request and maintain necessary business records. Hosting and email providers may retain technical records under their own retention settings. Retention depends on the context of the information and applicable obligations, rather than one period for every type of record.
No online communication or storage method is risk-free. Please avoid sending information that is not needed to resolve your inquiry.
6. Your choices and requests
You can browse without using the draft builder, clear the saved theme preference, and choose the information you include in an email.
To ask about information in correspondence with Booleander, or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email dev@booleander.com. Identify the relevant correspondence or product and the email address associated with it. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Requests are assessed in light of applicable obligations and any information that must be retained.
For an application or customer-hosted system, identify that product or deployment so your request can be directed to the appropriate contact. This website does not provide an account management portal.
7. Children
This company website is intended for business and professional inquiries, not for children. Do not use the contact tools to send personal information about a child. Contact us if you believe such information has been included in correspondence so the matter can be reviewed.
8. Updates and contact
This policy may change when the website or its contact processes change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
For privacy questions, contact Booleander at dev@booleander.com.
